30-day guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your MagLuma purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return
Email magluma.info@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions.
Condition of returned items
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Products that are damaged through misuse are not eligible for a refund.
Who pays return shipping
- If the item arrived defective or is not as described, we cover return shipping.
- If you're returning an item simply because you changed your mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
